As of January 3rd, 2018 the new Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) together with the whole applicable legal framework thereof, enters into force for the territory of the European Union. As it is well known, our team of lawyers possesses in-depth knowledge in the field of the European financial regulations and offers on-going legal services to significant investment firms.
